
James Dollard
Jim Dollard retired in 2018 as the Safety Coordinator for IBEW Local 98. He has and continues to serve on NFPA committees keeping on the cutting edge of codes and standards, which affect the electrical industry. Jim is currently working as a safety consultant for the NECA Penn-Del-Jersey Chapter and as the Director of Code Compliance for United Inspection Agency. Jim is a long-time member of the NFPA 70E technical committee and served for decades on NEC committees including the Correlating Committee, CMP-10, CMP-13 and CMP-15. He also served as a member of ASTM D37, NFPA 90A, NFPA 90B, NFPA 855 and the UL Electrical Council. Jim served the industry for many years as a Master 500 OSHA instructor and specializes in requirements impacting the electrical industry. His extensive field experience, active roles in the codes/standards development process, and excellent communication skills, allow him to make the most complex requirements easy to understand and apply.
