George Cole is a native of Phoenix, AZ retired from the Arizona Public Service (APS) Company and the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station as the electrical safety consultant and formally as a journeyman maintenance electrician. During his career with APS, George has also worked in the Transmission & Distribution and electronic communications sectors. He provides electrical safety training, technical review of electrical safety procedures, lesson plans and participates in investigations of electrical accidents and incidents along with audits of electrical safety programs and field practices. George holds credentials as a Certified Electrical Safety Compliance Professional (CESCP), Certified Electrical Safety Worker (CESW), Certified Utility Safety Professional (CUSP) and Certified Instructional Trainer (CIT). George is also an OSHA Special Government Employee (SGE) who assists the Arizona Division of Occupational Health and Safety (ADOSH) with electrical safety training and audits.
