Exposure to electricity continues to be one of the leading causes of workplace injury or death in the United States and that number has not significantly decreased in the last decade. This session will look at deadly electrical incidents since 2011 to find commonalities and examine whether engineering controls or behavioral changes could have avoided the fatalities and discuss what changes can be made to in the workplace and training to prevent electrical related injuries.
