NECA Names Cassy Anderson as Field Representative, District 5
NECA announced it has named Cassy Anderson as Field Representative, District 5, in the Southern region effective April 1.
Anderson has served as the Assistant Executive Director of the Southern Arizona Chapter, NECA. The Chapter consists of two divisions across the state of Arizona. She participated with the Globe-Miami Apprenticeship and Trustee committees, a multi-state and multi-employer health plan, and a pension plan.
She has managed the business affairs of the association, including duties such as labor relations, contract negotiations, government relations, and administered a two-division drug-free workplace program. Anderson has also assisted in the Chapter’s 2020 Membership Recruitment and Retention Award; as well as spearheaded regional and local contractor and industry recognition and publications. She has led benefit contribution training and developed a robust educational curriculum for contractors and for the betterment of the electrical industry.
After attending San Diego State University, this second generation of electrical contractor management began her career through NECA’s Staff Associate in the NYECA Chapter office in New York, NY. Concentrating on green summits and environmental business development with NYSERDA offshore wind and ORSTED wind turbines. She completed the program working in the Southern region with the regional field staff focusing on the inner workings of labor relations across the 5th District.
