Disney eyes $17B worth of work in Florida
The Central Florida Tourism Oversight District provided initial approval Wednesday for a new development agreement with The Walt Disney Cos. to expand its footprint in the state. The development agreement covers about 17,000 acres of land owned by Walt
Disney Parks and Resorts in Orlando, Florida, and is over a 15-year timespan, according to information presented at the CFTOD meeting.

Accepting Applications: 2024 Executive Management Institute
NECA’s EMI is an intensive, three-and-a-half-day learning experience designed to enhance the leadership skills of current and up-and-coming executives and managers. This program provides state-of-the-art management concepts and analytical tools that build on existing knowledge of electrical contracting businesses and the industry to increase the value and effectiveness of electrical contracting firms.

NECA has commissioned a study to provide a profile of electrical contractor officer and overhead personnel compensation and fringe benefits policies. We need your company's data for a comprehensive view. This survey, based on NECA-member firms' experiences, is a valuable benchmarking tool. It's confidential and takes less than 30 minutes to complete. Feedback is due no later than July 19.
Deadline Approaching to Register for the 2024 Labor Relations Conference
