The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. A plan to extend New York City’s Second Avenue subway line into Manhattan's East Harlem section received a significant funding boost Nov. 4 as the Federal Transit Administration formally agreed to provide $3.4 billion for the project.
