Brian Morales is the founder and CEO of Pro-Cal Lighting Inc. located in Vista California. Brian leads his company as the chief visionary for its culture and growth as a small business. Due to his success as a small business owner and leader, Brian has become a national spokesman for small business and minority entrepreneurs. He has testified in front of Congress to help small businesses receive extended opportunity through the Small Business Runway Extension Act passed into law at the end of 2018. Locally, Brian sits on the Board of Directors as the Treasurer for the San Diego Chapter of National Electrical Contractors Association and is the Chair of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee. He has been honored as Philanthropist of the Year from the Vista non-profit Operation Hope, and in 2019 received recognition from the San Diego Business Journal as one of the 40 Next Top Business Leaders Under 40. His business has been listed in INC’s 500 fastest growing private companies and his company has won various project excellence awards. Yet, what Brian is most proud of is his three daughters Layla, Amelia and Mabyl whom he shares with his wife Naomi Morales.
