Elicia Eskew joined the Day and Night Solar team in January of 2025, bringing a broad level of Executive Management, Corporate Accounting, M&A, and Business Growth skills in the fields of Service, Design/Engineering, Technology, and Manufacturing. Elicia came to DNS with over 20 years of experience in Corporate Accounting and Business Management bringing years of experience in M&A, Organization Growth, Process Improvement initiatives in a team environment spanning more than 20 subsidiaries and global locations. Responsible for multi-million dollar budgets with high growth strategies in software, services, and manufacturing environments in an often vague and changing environment. Community initiatives include Secretary of the Board for Employment Connection, with a history of Board membership since 2014. Previous community service included an elected position to the Board of Trustees for the Town of Augusta, MO from 2005 to 2009 where she served as the Trustee sponsor of a complete Zoning Code revision.
