Opening Reception: Tejas State Fair

Our opening networking dinner and reception will take place at the Tejas Rodeo Company (401 Obst Rd., Bulverde, TX 78163), providing a true taste of Texas and it’s authentic Western-heritage. 

Transportation will be provided. Shuttles to Tejas Rodeo Company will depart from the Conference Center Entrance at 6:00 p.m. The final shuttle back to the hotel will leave Tejas Rodeo Company at 9:15 p.m.

Take part in our first night of festivities in San Antonio at Tejas Rodeo Company, tucked away in the corner of Bulverde, Texas, just north of San Antonio. Here we’ll have a reception, dinner, interactive entertainment and much more! Attendees can experience the western lifestyle in an authentic saloon environment surrounded by rodeo activities.
