As a Senior Project Manager for the Technology Practice Group at Bala, Spencer has over 10 years of Technology design and project management experience, specializing in Healthcare and Life Sciences. His experience ranges from single room renovations to 1.5 million square foot state-of-the-art hospitals. Spencer’s focus is on consulting, as well as the design and documentation for telecommunications, security, and nurse call systems. His approach to design has established and maintained close relationships with clients and architects to maintain a high-level standard for all designs. Spencer has been a key team member on IPD projects and pursuits, as well as being well versed in FGI guidelines and healthcare design principles.
