NECA has maintained a robust, demanding schedule, vigorously advocating for our key legislative and regulatory priorities. We have continued to build our

reputation as the leading specialty contractor association in Washington, D.C., and the Government Affairs Committee has identified five key priority issues for

the 114th Congress: energy policy and infrastructure, transportation infrastructure, pension innovation, repealing health care taxes, and comprehensive tax reform.
