2017 NECA Government Affairs Accomplishments

by Jessica Cardenas | Jan 12, 2018

NECA Government Affairs has worked every day throughout 2017 to advance our members’ priorities and educate members of Congress and the Trump Administration about our key issues.

As a matter of policy portfolio, we have advocated on numerous issues covering six areas: infrastructuretax reform, health careworkforce, energy, and contracting. We have made significant progress reaching out to the Trump Administration and held meetings at the White House, the Department of Labor, the Department of Energy, the Department of Transportation, and the General Services Administration.

We are pleased to report on our 2017 Government Affairs Accomplishments, and look forward to a very productive 2018.
