Joelle Salerno is the Assistant Director for the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of NECA, focusing on Chapter Innovation and Legislative Policy. During her eight years with NECA, Joelle has been responsible for organizing and leading WPA NECA’s government affairs and advocacy efforts. She has directed WPA NECA’s role in a number of state and federal legislative initiatives related to the electrical contracting industry. She was a part of the coalition that negotiated and gathered support for final passage of the Commercial Property-Assessed Clean Energy Financing Authorization bill (SB234, Act 30 of 2018) and the Prompt Payment for Sub/Contractors bill (HB566, Act 27 of 2018), as well as several other electrical construction industry bills.
