Bernie Kotlier is the executive director of the NECA-IBEW Labor Management Cooperation Committee of California. He directs business development, advocacy, and the delivery of advanced sustainable energy education and training for electrical contractors and electricians in California. Bernie has been a member of numerous advisory committees at the California PUC, CEC, CARB, and CalEPA and has served as the chair of the U.S. DoE sponsored Lithium-Bridge Workforce and Communities committee. He is also a member of the boards of directors of the California Energy Alliance / CEA ( https://caenergyalliance.org/), and NAATBatt (https://naatbatt.org/about/board-of-directors).
