Ben is the Executive Director of Business Development for Decker Electric out of Wichita, KS. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Wichita State University where he also played baseball for the Shockers. He has filled many roles for Decker Electric in his 21 years with the company including Estimator, Project Manager, and Executive Vice President.
