The Project Manager’s Role in Prefabrication will allow the project manager to identify how they can leverage prefabrication efforts for their contractor’s benefit.
In our industry, we start with hands-on skills–bending conduit, pulling wire–before advancing to running work, managing projects and leading others. This growth happens with knowledge and for some that thirst for knowledge continues to grow.
