Locally established in 1947 the Rhode Island and Southeast Massachusetts Chapter looks to IBEW Local 99 located in Cranston, Rhode Island and IBEW Local 223 located in Taunton, Massachusetts for providing the strongest workforce New England has to offer in the electrical construction industry.
