Senator Dean Heller (R-NV) and Senator Martin Heinrich (D-NM) re-introduced S. 58, a bill which would repeal the Cadillac tax, and a House companion bill, the Middle Class Health Benefits Tax Repeal Act of 2017 (H.R. 173), was introduced by Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA) and Rep. Joe Courtney (D-CT).
