NECA Encouraged by Promise of Fundamentally Reforming the Tax Code

Chief Executive Officer of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) John M. Grau has issued the following statement in response to the release of the Unified Framework for Fixing our Broken Tax Code:

We are encouraged that Congress and the Administration are working in concert to pass comprehensive tax reform this year. The release of today’s framework gives hope for job growth and opportunity for the entire electrical construction industry. Fundamental tax reform that includes lower rates, a streamlined rate structure, and elimination of the Alternative Minimum Tax and estate tax will facilitate economic growth, create jobs, help the middle class, and grow small businesses.

NECA pledges to continue to work with the Congress and the Administration to advance this reform.
