NECA Member Raises More than $28 Thousand for Alzheimers Association

NECA Member Power Solutions, LLC recently participated in the following charity event raising over $28 thousand for the Alzheimers Association. The full release is below.

BOWIE, Md., November 30, 2017  Power Solutions, LLC, the Mid-Atlantic region’s premier electrical contractor for mission critical environments, recently raised more than $28,000 for the Alzheimer’s Association. The company hosted a golf tournament at Queenstown Harbor Golf Course in Queenstown, Md., for the cause.

More than 250 participants contributed to Power Solutions’ “The Longest Day” event. The Alzheimer’s Association’s Longest Day events are hosted on or near the summer solstice. Thousands of people across the country participate in a variety of activities to raise money and show their support for those affected by Alzheimer's and other dementia-related diseases.

“We are extremely proud to be able to contribute to the work of the Alzheimer’s Association,” said Power Solutions’ owner Jon Eugenio. “So many of us have family and friends affected by the disease — we take comfort in knowing our contributions matter to the organization’s support and research efforts,” he said.
