ELECTRI International’s early career award winners, University of Kansas and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, are conducting a brief survey on organizational change and overhead management as part of an ELECTRI research grant.
Many electrical contractors have strived to keep their entire companies intact during challenging fiscal times. As we saw during the recent recession, numerous contractors had to make significant cuts just to stay in business. Overhead tended to be the “last holdout”, which should lead to some rethinking about overhead expenses.
