HOTEL: Room rate at the Ballpark Hilton is $129 per night. Room block opens Wednesday, Feb. 6 . Call 1-877-845-7354 to reserve your room in the “Women In NECA Event” block before Feb. 21 to secure the WIN Summit rate. Any reservations made after this date will be subject to the hotel’s availability.
Meeting Cancellation & Refund Policy
If it becomes necessary to cancel your participation in the WIN Leadership Summit, please send an email to Katie Nolan (email@example.com) as soon as possible. Full refunds are available prior to February 21. Refunds less than an administrative fee of $25 will be given for cancellations received in writing firstname.lastname@example.org, prior to February 21. Following this date, no refunds will be given. However, you may send an alternate to the event without additional charge.
