    DISC Interactive Workshop

    This year's Summit features a special DISC Management Profile interactive workshop. This engaging program gives managers a safe, fun way to understand the impact that their communication style has on others. You will discover how others may respond to your style and how to be more effective. You will be given tools to help you coach and develop competent, motivated employees by gaining a deeper understanding of individual strengths and challenges.

    The registration fee for the 2014 Summit is $389.

    The 2014 WIN Summit will begin on Thursday, April 10th at 1:00p.m. and will adjourn on Friday, April 11th at 12:30p.m.

    WIN attendees are responsible for their own travel and hotel reservations. NECA has secured a room block at a discounted rate of $169/night for a deluxe room, or $209/night for a suite; plus taxes and fees.
