Traci Walker joined NECA staff in 1999 as Controller and was promoted to Secretary-Treasurer in 2012. In this position, she is responsible for the membership and financial records of the association's 3,700 member firms in 119 local chapters and an annual budget of $30 million.
Prior to joining NECA, Traci worked at a public accounting firm that performed NECA's annual audits and tax work. Traci earned her bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Richmond and passed the Certified Public Accounting exam.
