NECA Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Task Force

NECA is committed to diversity and inclusion, and the electrical construction industry is powered by people from diverse backgrounds. The NECA Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Task Force is working to ensure each and every person – regardless of their background, race, gender, culture, age, or any other factors – has the opportunity to succeed and be able to grow in our industry. We are continuing to build a workforce that is representative of the communities throughout the United States.
