H. Andrew Batty, Jr., President, Buckingham Group, Inc. – Andy is President, principal owner and has headed the Company since 1984. During that time Buckingham has established itself as a consistent innovator in the development of products that allow safe work at elevated locations. Many of the products Andy and the team at Buckingham have developed have been industry-changing in working efficiently and most importantly, safely. Buckingham and Andy have been long term leaders and participants in several national safety, training and standards organizations. Those include EEI, ASTM, ANSI/ASSE, ETA, ISEA, CSA and National Safety Council (“NSC”). In 2012, he was recognized by NSC with its Distinguished Service to Safety Award, the highest award the NSC provides to an individual. Andy has also been a leader in several community activities. Prior to acquiring Buckingham, he was a Vice President and operating division manager at Raymond Corporation and held management positions at Continental Group, Smith Barney, and Carnation Company. Andy holds an MBA from the Wharton Graduate School and a BS from Cornell University. Andy celebrated his 50th wedding anniversary in 2020 and has a son who is a Journeyman Lineman working out of Local 1393 in Fort Wayne, IN.
Timothy R. Batty, General Manager, Buckingham Group, Inc. – Tim is an owner and has been General Manager of the Company since 2016. Previously, he held positions throughout Buckingham in manufacturing, engineering, finance, marketing and was the Western Territory Sales Manager covering more than 10 states. During his tenure he successfully implemented initiatives and improvements across the company including quality, marketing, branding, sales and efficiency. Tim holds an MBA from Cornell University, a BA from Williams College, and graduated at the top of his class at Northwest Linemen’s College. Tim is married with two young daughters.
Chris Delavera, VP of Sales, Buckingham Manufacturing – Chris Delavera has been employed by Buckingham for 32 years and has held a variety of positions throughout the company from working on the manufacturing floor to managing half the U.S. in a sales capacity. Currently, he is the Vice President of Sales for Buckingham and oversees several Territory Managers, Field Experts, Distributors and an extensive network of manufacturers representatives. Chris has completed numerous industry trainings over the years, including SPRAT Level 1. Chris is married with two daughters and lives in Upstate New York.
