Presented by Merrill Lynch, this webinar will take a look at the last quarter and the impact that the deadly Coronavirus had on global economics. We will also discuss the current economic environment and what Merrill Lynch Research and their Chief Investment Office think moving forward.
This session will be presented by Shawn E. Williams, CIMA, Managing Director, Merrill Private Wealth Management.
Shawn Williams leads a team of five at Merrill and works with approximately 50 clients. Our client list is almost exactly half institutional and half private individuals or families. In an institutional capacity, Shawn represents Bank of America’s Global Institutional Consulting (GIC). GIC advisors work with institutional clients on either a non-discretionary and an advisory basis through our Institutional Investment Consulting (IIC) product, or in a full discretionary relationship through our Private Bank’s Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) product. Whichever path the institutional client requires, your GIC advisor will help you navigate all the services our firm can provide. As a Private Wealth Advisor team, Shawn works with families to provide advice on both sides of the personal balance sheet, whether saving or lending. Bank of America and Merrill have many capabilities in either strategic investing or custom lending requirements. On the family side, Shawn and his wife Megan are raising three boys in Saint Louis County and enjoy juggling the family life under the current conditions. Once life returns to the new normal, the Williams’ are anxious to get outside for baseball, golf, and other outdoor activities.
