Pre-Fabrication Design Course Jan 14 2015

As jobs get larger and margins get smaller, only contractors that can improve productivity through better management of time, cost, and quality will survive. Pre-fabrication is a key tool to optimize work. This course will focus on the key steps to effectively implementing pre-fabrication as an integral part of the productivity management system.

Following this class, participants will be able to:

  • Identify key steps to plan and implement pre-fabrication design methods
  • Discuss factors for optimizing labor productivity
  • Explain strategies to increase productivity
  • List the steps to outline a pre-plan and layout for a construction project
