This program closely examines the softer, but just as powerful, tools that dramatically improve a contractor’s survival chances—specifically communication, productivity and customer relations. Participants will learn how to more effectively deal with all project stakeholders, to the end of more positive negotiation outcomes, smoother project progress, more time efficient and productive work days and a generally higher level of customer satisfaction. All of this translates into greater positive cash flow.
