OSHA Recordkeeping and Recordability Enforcement Guidance Webinar - Wednesday, May 27, 2020 | 2:00-3:00 PM ET

05/27/2020

OSHA has updated the enforcement guidance for compliance officers investigating and recording exposure cases involving COVID-19. While this update expands some of the locations and business operations where an OSHA recordable is required, it also provides clarification that each employer follow a proper investigation (which involves both risk and exposure assessments) where any COVID-19 case may be involved.

This webinar will review the essential criteria that must be met for a COVID-19 exposure case to be recorded on required OSHA 300 reports, and what information is be required to assist employers in determining such reporting decisions.

This session will be facilitated by NECA's expert staff, including: Jef Fagan, General Counsel; Mike Johnston, Executive Director, Standards & Safety; and Wes Wheeler, Director, Safety.
