A construction job site is a very fluid work environment, in a state of constant change, both planned and unplanned. Agile Construction™ allows the contractor to rapidly adapt to jobsite changes in order to complete each project profitably and efficiently. The agility of the contractor at the job site effects the profits. This course focuses on labor productivity and measurement, job scheduling and planning, procurement management, estimation accuracy and improvement and project financial management.
