ArchKey Solutions/Sprig Electric installed more than 500,000 sqft of dragonscale solar panels across three buildings on the Bay View project. The award-winning first campus consisted of 3.8MW DC roof-mounted photovoltaic system which included installation of more than 60,000 overlapping, highly texturized, prismatic glass tiles.
The project has reduced operational carbon by 50%. The roof-top system, capable of generating 7MW of total energy between the two corporate campuses, produces enough electricity to power an estimated 40% of the building’s total energy needs to-date!
