    The Electrical Project Supervision Program (EPS) Train-the-Trainer is a hands-on course that is designed to prepare instructors to deliver all three levels of EPS. Participants in this five-day program will learn tips and tricks to delivering EPS content and activities, including delivering a sample presentation to test out their new knowledge. It is strongly recommended that all attendees have participated in EPS classes prior to attending this program.

    CELI is similar to the Executive Management Institute in that it takes participants out of their normal daily routine and brings them together with peers to benefit from an intensified focus on concerns they all have in common. It gives them the tools to address the significant issues they face currently and to overcome future challenges. NECA chapter executives, chapter support staff, headquarters staff and field representatives usually attend CELI, which occurs every other year.
