This session provides insight to OSHA enforcement activity from the most frequently cited standards in electrical construction and emphasis programs through OSHA’s new formula for penalty calculation. It will also review pending regulations, including the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (I2P2), offering insight into the future of safety under the current administration and offer suggestions on dealing with OSHA’s methods and the many changes.
