First NECA NextGen Fly-In

Sep 07, 2017

NECA hosted the first ever NECA NextGen Fly-In in Washington, DC this week!

NextGenTwenty NECA contractors came to Capitol Hill to meet with their Members of Congress and discuss policy issues affecting our industry. The focus of this meeting was to engage the younger generation of NECA contractors and to show Members of Congress that the issues facing our industry are impacting our members at every level.

NextGen attendees heard from Rep. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) and Rep. Mike Gallagher (R-WI), who each gave their perspectives on being a young Member of Congress and what they hope to accomplish. They emphasized the importance of bipartisanship and working together for real solutions.
