Management Development Committee
The Management Development Committee oversees the activities of the Management Education Institute (MEI), which is the principal resource for management development for NECA, its members and their employees. MEI provides a professional development curriculum that is both comprehensive in scope and progressive in addressing the training needs of the various management levels of the NECA constituency. MEI maintains published references and resources pertaining to the management of electrical construction projects and businesses and conducts special programs designed to enhance NECA members success and profitability. Overseeing such activities, with the Secretary acting as program director and adviser, the Committee assists in the promotion to the membership and to the industry of all approved programs.
