Pre-Construction Planning - August 11, 2015

A comprehensive pre-construction planning process can increase project profit margins and raise the likelihood of success. This course will focus on the major principles for successful pre-construction planning to create a process that extends though the bidding, pre-construction, and project execution phases.

Following this class, participants will be able to: 

  • Discuss the value of pre-construction planning
  • Develop a list of pre-construction activities to plan
  • Discuss how to increase profit margins and project success
  • List the steps for a formal pre-construction planning process

Duration: Full-day
