Are You a Project Manager or Project Witness Course Jan 9 2015

Managers take action in every step of the management process while witnesses do the bare minimum without any sense of innovation or creativity. This course focuses on process improvement and management and leadership techniques to provide participants with the foundation of management expertise they need to efficiently direct the entire project life cycle, from start-up to close-out.

 Following this class, participants will be able to: 

  • Differentiate between a manager and witness
  • List the phases of the management process
  • Discuss how to manage the cost of a project
  • Explain effective management and leadership techniques
