NECA’s latest education program and first-ever blended learning course, Basic
Foremanship, launches on May 28, 2014. To help roll-out this exciting new offer, NECA's Director of Education, Stephanie Adamec, will review the Basic Foremanship program and answer questions about the new blended learning course in an upcoming webinar, scheduled May 28, at 2:00 p.m. EDT.
Entry-level foremen or those who wish to move into a foreman role will greatly benefit from Basic Foremanship. This course is a blend of fifteen online and in-seat learning, designed to maximize participants’ time, and covers topics such as the foreman’s role, documentation, mobilizing the job for success, maintaining a safe job and project closeout.
Basic Foremanship is designed to be held in small groups, locally, and this webinar will discuss the mechanics of hosting courses and the topics discussed in the program.
